S&P Silent 100 Design Ecowatt Bathroom Fan

The S&P Design Ecowatt range of wall and ceiling fans are the quietest fans we have ever tested at Byretech.

S&P ( Soler & Palau ) fans are manufactured in Spain and come from a company that are uncompromising when it comes to quality.

This fan is suitable for mounting in Zone 2 and outside Zone 2 - It is not suitable for Zone 1 or Zone 0 - See Zone diagrams.

This fans 5 Watt brushless motor is so quiet that when it's running you can barely hear it, plus as standard it comes with a backdraft shutter so when it's cold outside you don't get unwanted breezes back through the fan into your bathroom.

Unlike any other fan we've tested this one comes with a LED indicating light that illuminates a slice of the fans front cover.

This can be easily changed to either Blue / Green / Red / Yellow depending on what you feel most suits your décor.

This range is designed to be very slim and have minimal impact on the aesthetics of your bathroom and has a power consumption when running of only 5 Watts thanks to its quality 230Vac motor.

Plus they are also very powerful and can extract 85 cubic metres / hour or 1,416 Litres per minute of humid air from your bathroom.

The Humidity version without doubt is the most popular, as this allows the fan to be fully automatic and not linked to the bathroom lighting circuit.

With this version the fan automatically switches on when the bathroom is humid and runs until the humidity levels are back to normal. The benefit of this is that it keeps the area at set humidity levels and also helps prevent black mould from forming in the bathroom too.

If used in a ceiling application they need to be purchased along with our Water Trap which prevents water running back into the fan and damaging the fans motor / electronics - Part No. BF20 - See optional extras below

The fans are available in 2 versions and 2 colour options from Byretech.

Available colours are White and Silver finishes.

- Standard ( Tmer ) - 1 to 30 minutes run on timer
- Humidity Sensing Version - Operates on humidity, and has a run on timer if required of 1-30 minutes

The fans are generally wall mounted and have incredibly energy efficient motors fitted to them to minimise running costs.

Ceiling mounted fans should always use a water trap to avoid moisture running back into the fan and potentially damaging the fan.
